Seasonal Events
Over the course of the year, we hold several different live events at the Project Rescue Office.
These events are LIVE, IN-PERSON events and we would love for you to experience the Healing Arts Method!
At these events we are creating a sacred space for you to pause and explore your story through creativity!
Virtual Training
The Healing Arts Trainings are split up into three different virtual sessions. A 4-week experiential cohort, a 4-week training cohort, and a 6-week internship!
Schedule: The trainings run in a course throughout the year. Our level 1 experiental training is held in the Fall. Our level 2 training is held in the Winter. And our level 3 internship is split up into two cohorts; one in the Spring and one in the Summer!

Frequently asked questions
Is Healing Arts the same as art therapy?
No. Healing arts is an arts-based, trauma-informed method to use alongside your professional certification, whether that is counseling, teaching, or community work. Healing Arts alone does not qualify you to practice “therapy.”
Do I need to be a good artist to sign up?
No! One of the main principles of the Healing Arts method is “Process over product”. You do not need to be a good artist, you need to be willing to try, to explore, and to be authentic as you process your creations.
I missed the last training! When will there be another?
We offer virtual trainings (Levels 1 and 2) at least twice a year. These are posted to our social media and website.
Rebecca and team also lead in-person training intensives on location when the interest arises. Contact us directly if you’re interested in attending an on-site training event.
